Q. Is everything you have available in-stock listed on this website?
A. Not even slightly! We have a vast stock of often unique items, it would be impossible to list everything with any accuracy. If you are interested in anything in particular then contact us at the store and we will endeavour to find what you are looking for.
Q. Do you accept overseas orders?
A. Yes. We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world, our secure payment gateway will handle currency conversion - please select overseas shipping from the delivery options.

Q. Is everything you have listed on this website currently available and in-stock?
A. Yes. At least it should be! We have excellent delivery terms with our major suppliers so anything you order online that happens to be out of stock can usually be acquired by us at fairly short notice. If an item is no longer available or a long delivery lead time is expected we will attempt to find an equivalent substitute, alternatively you may choose to accept our apologies and a full refund. We will advise you if anything on your order becomes out of stock during the time you place your order and your order being picked.
Q. What shipping arrangements do you use?
A. For standard mainland UK 3-day delivery we will use the most competitive carrier depending on the size and/or weight of the package. For express next-day guaranteed delivery we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service who will rush your package to you the NEXT WORKING DAY. All customers requiring guaranteed next day delivery must be sure to place their order before the cut-off time, generally 4pm. Please note that customers in rural/outlying areas may experience delays in delivery, especially when using the standard delivery option. Standard 3-day UK delivery refers to working days. Working days are Monday-Friday, and we will also ship express orders placed before 4.00pm Friday, on Saturdays. Please make sure someone is around to take the delivery as IT MUST SIGNED FOR ON DELIVERY! We cannot be held responsible if you fail to receive your goods on time due to noone being available to sign for Special Delivery packages.
Q. What are the packing and shipping fees?
A. These fees apply to most small to medium packages. Larger or over-weight shipments may attract higher fees, we will contact you if this is the case.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We are happy to accept all major credit/debit cards either online via our secure payment gateway servers or over the telephone, by arrangement. It is also possible to pay by PayPal, you can select this on the shopping cart checkout page. We accept sterling cheques and postal orders, please make these payable to Seventh Sun Ltd and send to the address on the contact page, with details of your order. Your shipment will be despatched when funds are cleared, please allow 3-5 working days.
Q. You mean you accept Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and Maestro cards online as well?
A. Yes!
Q. Do your prices include VAT - and do you ship bulk/wholesale orders?
A. All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT - currently 15%. We can ship wholesale orders of certain items, please contact us for details. All transactions must be paid in advance in full, no credit facilities are offered.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Goods that are damaged or not as listed will be replaced or refunded, please contact the store for details. All other sales are final. Next Day Delivery is subject to availability and us receiving your order before the cut-off time posted on the front page - this can vary depending on sales volume and/or day of the week. If you place an order after this time then it will be processed the following day, a refund of the next-day delivery fee will only be considered if your order is placed before the cut-off time and it fails to arrive the next working day.
Q. What do I do if the shopping cart or payments system shows errors or is not working as it should?
A. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control occasionally computer systems fail or our busy server may become overloaded. Most problems are rectified quickly, please bear with us and try again later - alternatively you can contact us at the store (during business hours) where we will be pleased to assist with your purchase.
Q. Can I book an appointment for a piercing or tattoo online?
A. Yes - please email shop@seventhsun.co.uk with your preferred date and time, which procedure and design/jewellery you require. Bookings made in advance always have priority - please note due to high demand there can be several weeks waiting time for tattoos. We will contact you to confirm the details of any appointment we make for you. There is a £10 deposit for all tattoos - no exceptions.
Q. What are your business hours?
A. Mon - Sat, 10.00am - 6.00pm GMT. Online orders/appointment requests may be placed any time and will be processed the next working day.
